A marketer must be authorized by the President of Martech HR with completed and signed agreements and/or contracts to qualify for any incentive program. Martech HR places integrity, customer service, and professionalism as our number one priority. Martech HR reserves the right to accept or deny any marketer at it's sole discreation for any reason. However, once authorized as a Martech HR marketer, the marketer will obtain the incentives as outlined as long as the referred client remains with Martech HR and/or the first payroll cycle is completed unless there is a violation of the agreement. All marketers will be required to adhere to all applicable Federal and State laws as well as certain acts of conduct and professionalism. Violation of any laws or regulations will be means of immediate termination of marketer agreement and any incentives. Improper behavior and violations of Martech HR's Independent Contractor Code of Conduct may also be means of immediate termination of agreement and any incentives.
Currently this program is only offered in the State of Ohio.
